The center body panels of a Japanese garment, that is, the portion that covers the torso, not the sleeves or collar. Generally the migoro consists of two panels that are a continuous cloth from back hem, over the shoulders and down to the front hem. The panels are joined at the back and brought together using various constructions in the front.
