肘壺金具／肘金具(ひじつぼかなぐ・ひじかなぐ)hijitsubo kanagu / hiji kanagu
扉や蓋の開閉に用いる金具で、輪状の牝金具(めかなぐ)（壺金具(つぼかなぐ)）に鉤形(かぎがた)の牡金具(おかなぐ)（肘金具(ひじかなぐ)）を挿した形式が多い。蝶番(ちょうつがい)と違い、扉や蓋を取り外すことが可能である。

Hijitsubo kanagu
A hinge used on doors and attached to lids, the most common type has a hook-like male part that is inserted into a circular female part (vessel). This type of hinge differs from a butterfly hinge in that the door or lid can be completely separated from the frame or base.
